Selling into Singapore requires an SFA-licensed importer

Singapore allows commercial food imports only through local importers licensed by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) — the Korean manufacturer cannot clear customs directly; the importer obtains a permit per consignment.

Processed foods face relatively light pre-registration, making Singapore one of Southeast Asia's easier entry markets. Labels must carry the required English particulars (name, ingredients, net quantity, origin, importer details).

Ready meals containing meat, egg or dairy ingredients may only use products from approved countries and establishments, so prepare origin documentation for those inputs in advance.
